WOW – Reading Literacy & Cognitive Wellness Program for Seniors
Women Offering Wealth (W.O.W.) is dedicated to ensuring seniors are supported with dignity, connection, and opportunities to thrive mentally, emotionally, and physically. Through its Reading Literacy & Cognitive Wellness Program, W.O.W. engages seniors in meaningful reading experiences that help stimulate memory and cognitive function, reduce isolation, and create joyful moments of companionship and human connection.
In addition, W.O.W. distributes monthly care bags filled with essential hygiene and comfort items that many seniors struggle to access consistently. Your support will help provide books and literacy materials, expand one-on-one reading support, promote cognitive wellness through ongoing engagement, and reach more underserved seniors—reminding older adults they are valued and cared for.
The funds raised will be used to support seniors through Women Offering Wealth’s programs by providing books and literacy materials for seniors, expanding one-on-one reading support initiatives, promoting cognitive wellness through ongoing engagement and learning, supplying monthly care bags with essential hygiene and comfort items and helping the organization reach more underserved seniors in the community.
